Such an amazing program thatI KNOW took so much time and effort to make! This program truly comes with everything you need for your journey! Since I started with this book, I really like it. The exercises are clear and easy to follow, even if you are not very experienced (like me).
I already notice a difference, I feel stronger and my body is getting more toned. What I also like is that everything is very clear and you can easily do it at home.
